The hotel had tiny and slightly cramped rooms, but they were in good condition and just as described in the room description. The service was exceptional, especially Andre who was very welcoming. The location was convenient, close to various metro stations in a safe residential area. The dining was simple but fresh. Overall, it's a decent place with its ups and downs.
